How We Started
Cool Movers was started in 2019 by two friends in college who wanted to bring quality customer service into the Knoxville area moving industry. Since then we have served hundreds of people moving around East Tennessee and all over the country. We strive to make every job a success by treating every person and every item with respect! When you do these simple things, every job goes well!

Show up at the agreed upon time. We call you in the morning when we are on the way to give you an ETA. We have 100% perfect attendance. You don't have to worry about movers flaking on moving day!

Expertly package your furniture and valuables so they don't get damaged in transit. Blankets and shrink wrap keep your items safe!

Load them into the truck carefully. Heaviest items on bottom, light items on top, with minimal wiggle room to prevent shifting.

Drive safely and carefully to the drop off location. If we stop for lunch on the way we will update you when we stop and when we get back on the road.

Unload your items into your new home at their designated location.
