DO YOU OFFER LONG DISTANCE AND INTERSTATE MOVING SERVICES?
Yes, we offer both local and long distance moving services. Whether you are moving across town, across the state or across the country, we are able to help your belongings make the journey with you, in a safe and organized manner. And, unlike many other moving companies, we do not sub-contract our moves out to independent truckers, or mix your belongings with someone else's. Your items will be on the same truck, without warehousing or load swapping, from loading all the way to loading at your new house. This ensures the highest level of care and accountability.
DO YOU OFFER LABOR ONLY MOVING SERVICES?
Yes, whether you need help loading or unloading a U-Haul or Penske truck, or loading or unloading your storage pods, we are able to provide you with the manpower you need to make your move a success.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept cash, check or card. We do not accept Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle, etc.
HOW DO YOU HANDLE DAMAGES?
First and foremost, we take every precaution to ensure that no damages occur. The norm in the moving insurance industry is that if a claim is filed, the customer is compensated $0.60/Lbs of damage. This obviously is not very helpful or fair. Therefore, if one of your items gets damaged through Cool Movers' negligence, we will use our discretion and determine if compensation, repair or replacement is appropriate. We want to ensure that you are treated fairly and can book your move knowing we will not leave you high and dry.
